This morning, I felt very overwhelmed. The funny thing is, I don’t even know why. I woke up a little stressed, feeling like I had a lot to do & no clue where to start- even though my daily task list was already organized. I had to physically make myself take a moment to sit still and basically calm down.
Feeling this way is very normal thing, but also very manageable! I used to always have these kinds of moments during busy weeks & taking time to figure out why I was feeling that way at that exact moment always helped.
This week, my challenge for you is to take time for yourself during those stressful moments (or days). Although it might feel weird at first, taking a pause during stress is a great way to remember your why & realign your thoughts in a more positive aspect. Whether its a few deep breaths OR even stepping outside for a minute or two, do what YOU need to do to ensure you are feeling your best!
