Happy Wednesday! This week’s Wardrobe Wednesday comes from Deuteronomy 28:1-
“If you fully obey the Lord God and carefully allow for all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.”
Sometimes, we are challenged to do things we do not want to do. The bible speaks of doing often hard things such as praying for those who hurt us and listening to what God asks us to do, even when we might not want to. Being obedient to God is hard at times, for everyone, but it is also the key to living the amazing lives God wants us to live. Being obedient allows God to have complete control over situations that can help impact our futures in a positive way. Being obedient allows for our blessings to come.
This week, my challenge for you is to be obedient in situations where you normally would not. Pray that God will give you the right directions and wisdom & listen to what you are told. You never know what blessings you are keeping from yourself because you simply won’t do what needs to be done in order for them to happen. Do good and good shall happen to you.
