Happy Wednesday! This week’s Wardrobe Wednesday comes from Proverbs 16:9-
“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.”
I am a planner. I like planner dinners with my friends, keep an agenda at all times, and feel accomplished when I am able to mark things off of my to-do list throughout the day. One thing that I am constantly having to remind myself is that God already planned my life a long time ago, and I need to let go of the control that I try to have over everything.
With being a planner, it is often easy to forget the words that this verse tells us about our lives. Our steps are to be ordained by God, all we need to do is pray and listen to what he tells us. This week, my challenge for you is to give God complete control over something you haven’t in the past. By doing so, you are building your faith stronger on a regular basis & giving yourself a constant reminder that you have nothing to worry about!
