Happy Wednesday! This weeks Wardrobe Wednesday comes from Romans 15:1 & 2-
“We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.”
Growing up, I’m sure I’m not the only one whose parents told them to always “treat others how I wanted to be treated.” I come from a very loving family, so I heard this phrase many times in my younger years. What I failed to realize at the time, however, was that treating others respectfully and helping others in need is the key to many of our coming blessings in life. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping other people out and expecting nothing in return. It’s these times that we feel are un-noticed that God takes note of! Continue to be a light in others lives and watch how you will be blessed because of it. There’s joy in lending a helping hand!
