I’ve always been scared to wear red. The color is so bold & stands out so much that I’ve rarely worn it or hardly have any red clothing items. When I got this dress- I was actually really surprised at how much I loved it! Because red is so bold, you don’t even really need many accessories when wearing the color. In addition to this, red is one of those colors that can go with more than one neutral- meaning red looks good with both brown and black! For my outfit, I choose to pair it with simple brown & gold accessories.
One thing I have always been a fan of is modest dressing. I hate when clothes are super tight, and think that clothing most of the time look better when they fit rather than suffocate (LOL!). This caftan is actually an XS and is very true to size. Another way to wear something really flowy is to belt it- a wide belt would look best with something like this since the details are so minimal.
