Londyn’s Farmers Market..I can’t believe my girl is 2!

Londyn is getting to be so big I truly can’t believe it! She requested a very specific theme this year for her birthday and it was so sweet, Farmers Market. Since she has been been (and honestly years before), Ry & I have made a point to go to our local farmers market every weekend. We did this in Houston, Chicago, and now here in Louisiana. We love going to the market to stock up on some of our favorites from locals (like cheese & locally sourced seafood) and Londyn has always liked it too. So, when she asked for a “market” themed birthday party it made me so happy to do so for her.

I went all out last year for her party, so I wanted to keep this year minimal but still very cute! I did a lot of DIY (the table centerpieces, goody bags, food table, etc.) which I thought matched the theme perfectly and it all came out adorable! So, I spent months gathering all of the paper goods from random places- Target, Amazon, etc. and am happy how they all worked together in the end. I even reused a couple of things from last year, like the drink dispensers and some food trays.

This was such a fun theme to put together and again, so easy to do! A “flower market” or “farmers market” theme for a toddlers birthday party is not only unique, but also very cost effective, since everything doesn’t have to match perfectly. Besides, a little mix match is okay since it’s supposed to be a “market” anyways! I’m so happy we were able to put a smile on our little queens face as we celebrated her turning 2!

XO,

B
