3 tips on how to have a Productive Week

I have been a fan of Mondays for a while now & I give ALL the credit to the way I do my Sundays! I know Sundays are for rest (which I sure do!), but I also use them to make sure I am prepared for the upcoming week. Doing this has allowed me to be LESS stressed for a long time & below I’m sharing my key tips to how I do it

A good nights rest

Fun fact- I have the hardest time falling asleep! I have actually always been this way & Ryan is always amazed at how productive I can be with little to not sleep at all..which is not a good thing. Because of this, I try to stop watching tv about a hour so before I go to bed, read a book instead and always try to have some hot tea to relax.

Make a plan

I live by my planner & cannot go a day without out. I even travel with it, LOL. On Sundays, I write out all of my meetings for the week by the hour, as well as any important deadlines I have by the day. This helps me not only remember things, but also eliminate any unneeded stress.

Make time for you

Throughout my week, I always make time for myself! I actually schedule this out too and even put it on my calendar. Call me crazy, but I have found that if I don’t do this then I won’t actually take a few minutes every couple days to do nothing at all. Besides, I have noticed that I am WAY more productive when I take some down time every once in a while.
